Please note that we have no hidden pricing.  We list prices for each home based on the number of tenants.   Adding tenants greatly reduces the rent per person and has been a popular option the past several years. Many homes are spacious and currently rented to more tenants than bedrooms.  If you do not have all roommates but are ready to enter into a lease it is possible- please ask for details.  Unfortunately in order to maintain quality properties no pets are allowed in any property. 

Prices listed are for rent only.  We do offer tenants the option of paying for all utilities with the rent.  Please see: Including Utilities with Monthly Rent Payments" for more detail.

You will notice that each home has routine updates to baths, kitchens, flooring, exterior, interior features and appliances. These updates evidence the ongoing efforts to keep every property in good mechanical condition and up to date with modern features. 

We take pride in having nice properties in good neighborhoods. Although all properties are on the North East side of campus, safety features are essential in every area. Therefore, properties include safety features such as smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, exterior front and back lights, window locks, dead bolt exterior locks and mini blind window coverings.
