Below are the results of the July 2015 Tenant Satisfaction Survey conducted by a third-party company to evaluate our tenants satisfaction with services, such as the home, landlord, repair timelines, etc. Thirty-six tenants had time in the 7 day window to respond and we appreciate their feedback! We were also extremely pleased that our tenants are satisfied!
Tenants included some very nice compliments in the comment section. A few comments were: "Our friends rented from Compass and told us they were good and they were right!", "After our experience last year we were so happy to finally have a good landlord", "Really appreciate the quick responses", and "Sad to leave this year but its been a great 3 years-thanks!"
