We management utility payments (electric, gas, water/sewer) for you! Utilities remain in the landlords name and allow tenants to pay for budgeted utilities in addition to their monthly rent payment. These budgeted amounts come from the utilities commission and are not "guess-estimated" amounts. Amounts are individualized per home.
This service is offered by the landlord as a courtesy to tenants. Cable or internet services are estiblished and maintained by the tenants as routinely tenants enjoy selecting various package options.

UTILIT-EASE Benefits to Tenants:
-Tenants do not have to pay separate bills each month with varying due dates.
-Tenants do not have to divide each monthly utility bill among all tenants and coordinate collection.
-Tenants are able to pay the same amount monthly vs paying lower bills in the summer months and much higher bills in winter months.
-Tenant’s utilities are not disconnected due to non-payment.
-Tenants don’t have to pay for damage to the house from frozen pipes, etc. due to utilities disconnected for non-payment.
-One Tenant's credit is not damaged by late or disconnedcted utilities.
